ADVANCE CASE OF CARCINOMA (CANCER) OF TONGUE.
72/m patient came with all comorbities c/o swelling on neck
He was operated prior by ENT DOCTOR for cervical lymphadenopathy + biopsy (report was metastatic sq ca) pt presents with sinus from level 1 b. + PET scan on pet report uptake was only in submandibular gland.on examination intra oral on lt buccal mucosa o found ulcero indurated growth not more than 0.5 cm.surgical plan - wide local excision of lt bm lesion + extended neck dissection+buccal fat pad graft.
All clinical and radiological finding confirmed in EUA ( evaluation under anaesthesia)
Post op histopathology report came it is pt1n2a.with all margins free near about 0.7 cm.
